Here’s the huge problem with internet marketing for new people or others who go through the struggle of lack of results.. People who are new to marketing on the internet will tend to roam into other strategies outside of what their marketing style that works for them. What I mean by that is look around at even the top producers.

Notice how most of them have become an authority on 1 strategy but are still using other concepts. They all tend to integrate Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, and Content into their marketing.

It’s like you want more traffic, so you would create a profile on the other social sites, but how can somebody manage it all? We will have to return to the resources you have in time and money. If you have more time than money, you’re may want to start off with free strategies – Content Creation & Social Networking.

If you have the money to put into your marketing, learn about Solo Ads, Pay Per Click, ListBuilders, and Outsourcing to leverage your time. Do you have someone else in support that would volunteer with some of your marketing and promotion? That would be amazing.

How about the traffic to your channel and videos? Youtube IS AN AUTHORITY SITE. It’s already huge in most popular sites. Take advantage of the people who are there. People are looking for answers and getting that solution to their problem in video form, where they can see and hear you rather than just reading text, it helps if they are more of a visual/auditorial learner.

Record 2 minute videos when you’re new to an audience of people who really want to be entertained, not lectured. However, if you can make a series of videos entertaining enough to keep people engage long than 2 minutes, go for it!

For traffic and numbers of viewership, some channels who are very funny and entertaining don’t have to seek traffic on Youtube because that video will go viral, there’s social proof, fans will embed that video, and within 2 weeks they login to see their videos are reaching 1,000,000 views.

Side note on consistency: What is Michael Jackson more known for? Acting? Lecturing? Author? Director? Of course he did all those things, but it’s obvious that he was a great singer and excellent dancer. Various interviews of MJ had him saying “I’m full of music”, he wrote a song call ‘Music & Me”, the way he dances is in-sync with the music instruments “I become the base – I become the guitar”.

Michael Jackson sat in his ‘Giving Tree’ and wrote songs. You know Michael Jackson called himself a perfectionist. He lost sleep, staying up late, touring, etc. For his concerts, he’d practiced, practiced, practiced in music + entertainment! – FOCUS!! LET’S NOT LEAVE OUT THE NEGATIVE OPPOSITIONS HE LIVED WITH THE MEDIA…..Stay on course UNTIL…!

For new network marketers that feel stuck at making sense of the steps of the MLM profession, I’ve made this posting for a bit more clarity on the process for lead generation.

1) Attract the right people -
The right people are people who uses a similar product, other network marketers, people who interact with people daily, those who sell for a living, they work for commissions – Offline or Online. When attracting your target market, don’t make no list on the perfect prospect, because no one is perfect. You can put on your sales page that you’re looking to team up with serious people – People who can commit to their business daily. You’re not seeking those who ‘think they’ll try’.

In the beginning, if you don’t have results or some credibility, there are solutions to that. When talking with somebody one on one, talk about other people’s success stories – stories sell, facts tell.

2) Have a orientation system for your team -
What ever you offer (product or service), it’s obvious that you’re gonna have some people that seem confused on how to start. When you get new team members or reps, you should have a way for new marketers to navigate their back office plus step 1, 2, & 3 to getting results this week. If you’re having way to many calls from your new sign ups asking “where is this?”, “how do I get started?”. Maybe your MLM company is new and is working on that, but if you and your team are still trying to get organized on how to get leads, make money more faster, and access to the latest effective marketing training, well you can use this MLM marketing tool.

Master marketers have turned to this because they too losing their mind on how to make things easier for their team. Some top distributors were exhausted of almost doing all of the work, being the host of their workshops every weekend, or losing money to autoship, plus they also needed more people to connect with, so they turned to MLM internet marketing systems(integrated with a funded proposal).

3) Duplication: Get the ball rolling -
Duplication happens when you give everyone ideas that anybody can do to get more people to see the presentation. People can use the phone, social networks are bad for new people – it’s clicking ‘Like’ buttons, interacting with people directly, and copying & pasting short copy-write with a link. A lot of offline strategies can be used by everybody if they’re aware of them. The internet is leverage to the offline business owners.

Even if everyone can’t do what you do, there is another way. That is a marketing system that has trainings of all kinds of marketing strategies on the internet and off the internet. Actually, they have a choice when they do plug into a MLM system that has a library of weekly trainings on ‘prospecting while you’re out’, facebook, twitter, pinterest, youtube, article marketing, blogging, working events: seminars, etc.

The duplication using and introducing the Marketing system is the duplication, not just 1 single strategy, because people who go through the system are becoming another success story; another has made it – Duplication. It’s a system that works!

I learned that the top producers who are well known stay on course of money making activities that generate results. Well, first off, we use the internet these days – it is a privilege or bonus for us all. The internet is leverage, to have the ability to connect with more people therefore to generate more leads for our business even while we sleep and through winter or other crazy weather, plus isolated areas. In network marketing or life period, we should maintain some sort of order or even balance for work and play. When online, use the time you have open to dedicate for your home business. But let’s get into what type of topics the top producers lean towards for MLM down line growth.

Eventually, all those big names in this industry got to point where it’s all about results. They want traffic, leads, prospects, and business funding cash flow. While still a large percentage of the industry feel stuck, the others move swiftly. They will admit they too have done some hard work, but they never gave in – they never gave up.

The internet, I can kind of understand why some choose not to use it for their own personal network marketing organization. There are some that still believe all they need to do is word of mouth. If only they knew the potential and influence the internet could have on their personal organization they wouldn’t run short of strategies. It’s best to use both online and offline tactics. You can market and connect when you want online from home. For offline, prospect when you’re out already – not just for the sake of recruiting people alone.

Don’t Get On The Phone-Talk On The Phone!

I was listening to Jeffery Combs. That’s where I got that from. He said “Do you know that to get on the phone, that would mean to literally putting the phone on the floor then sitting on the phone?” He was bringing up the point of this fear people have of calling their leads back as if the telephone weighted 30 pounds of something. J We do need to connect with our leads since we can’t visit everyone’s hometown. We have the technology of webinars and other online presenation tools to demonstrate our point.

Once you start generating leads and receiving more leads than you have time for, you’ll want to just be your self, bring up small talk, ask questions, and head for a call to action, but don’t forget to gradually over time improve your prospecting skills for better results. You’ll want to learned about the different personalities to come in contact with, online or offline.

Here’s another pointer I just received from Network Marketing “Millionaires create ideas that create results”. That’s perfect timing for this article because it is on topic. It is creativity that will give the results for your business, not competition.

Now you can’t generate leads unless you have a way to collect contact info. Then is when you see about an auto responder – to keep your list of people updated and broadcast a message. To get their information to your newsletter series, you must understand a little bit of ad copy, how to either create a unique capture page or place the contact form on your blog or personal site. Traffic is another factor for lead generation.

Yes, the savvy marketers do talk more about traffic and lead generation, prospecting, cash flow ideas, and not so much how to create a website. They are not software designers, but network marketers who value their time.

Focusing on Results is lead generation, prospecting and making new contacts, conversions, building a list, making sales, enrolling new team members, increasing your value. This is where the study and understanding of the 20/80 rule comes in, Parkinson’s Law (when a task will swell in [perceived] importance and complexity in relation to the time allotted for it’s completion.), Productivity & “Time Management”.
